Dear PhD fellows,
We are pleased to invite you to a joint morning yoga session as part of the St.Gallen erwacht initiative — a wonderful opportunity to start the day feeling refreshed, grounded, and connected with fellow PhDs and people from St.Gallen. No prior yoga experience is required — all levels are welcome. The event is free.
Not a yoga person? No problem — you are also welcome to join the bootcamp or jogging groups running at the same time!

🧘What to bring: A yoga mat or beach towel
The session runs for approximately 50 minutes and is a perfect way to ease into the day with mindful movement, fresh morning air, and great company. Afterwards, feel free to join us for a coffee on the way to campus.
