 ning yoga session as part of the St.Gallen erwacht initiative — a wonder
 ful opportunity to start the day feeling refreshed\, grounded\, and connec
 ted with fellow PhDs and people from St.Gallen. No prior yoga experience i
 s required — all levels are welcome. The event is free.\nNot a yoga pers
 on? No problem — you are also welcome to join the bootcamp or jogging gr

 A yoga mat or beach towel\nThe session runs for approximately 50 minutes a
 nd is a perfect way to ease into the day with mindful movement\, fresh mor
 ning air\, and great company. Afterwards\, feel free to join us for a coff
